To qualify as a candidate for ElderCare4 Families, you must be personable, caring, ethical and dependable. We prefer people with at least six months experience or a certified nursing assistant certificate. Candidates must have a clean criminal background as well as verifiable employment references. Employees must sign a HIPAA form for client confidentiality as well as a non-compete agreement. Employees driving clients must maintain an accurate and current driver's license as well as car insurance and current registration.
